There is currently a problem with BE line profile changes. This is expected to be fixed on the 4th of March. This problem is not specific to AAISP.

In the mean time, please contact support if you need to change the profile on a BE line that we provide.

BE are now saying that not all the problems with the portal have been fixed, but that it's still being looked in to. If you are having problem, please contact support.
