We'll be doing various work on our Maidenhead and London datacentres during the day. This will involve moving some administration servers between datacentres and moving second pair of customer facing DNS servers from HEX to Telehouse.

The work being carried on Sunday out will involve the following:

  • Moving our email ticketing server
    No customer impact
  • Moving Customer facing DNS resolvers
    No customer impact (DNS lookups will be redirected to other servers)
  • Moving the time server (time.aaisp.net.uk)
    No customer impact (IP already changed)
  • RAM Upgrade on IMAP servers
    Access to email will be unavailable for 10 -20 minutes at a point in the late afternoon
